Scamsters

No reputable business or agency should move to a paper free environment. How will you evidence what you told the tax office? If your phone company will only deal with you over the phone, how will you safeguard against the unpaid phone bill scam going on just now? It is impossible now not to transact some business over the phone or computer but my advice: limit it as much as you can. Nothing beats paper for an evidence trail. Our bank has tried to slip out of sending paper statements. We have just had "JFS" ringing up wanting to survey our banking practice. And we are on the Telephone Preference Service. What annoys me is the army of "help" line assistants doing this for a "job".
